PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
A PMA is a tune-up for your HVAC system. It is a "preventative" service every spring, before the summer heat/humidity arrives and again in the fall, before the winter chill. These PMA'S can significantly help improve the performance and function of your system, improve your home's overall energy efficiency, and add to your system's longevity. We check and change out the return air filter, clean/flush the outdoor condenser, oil all motors, and attempt to identify any potential problems that could damage the system if left untreated and or leave you without comfort at the worst possible moment... nights, holidays, weekends, etc.
